Guides, maps, stories, and the host directory are free to use. Creating a visitor account is free. Submitting a business listing is free.
We never charge a booking fee, commission, or subscription on this site.
If you paid a hotel, guide, or vendor
Any money you send through WhatsApp, bank transfer, cash, or another app is a private transaction with that provider — not with Your Afghanistan.
Ask that business for their own cancellation, return, or refund rules. We cannot reverse, refund, or guarantee those payments.
Listing and account requests
A listing submission is a request for review, not a paid product, so it cannot be “returned”. You may email contact@yourafghanistan.com to withdraw a pending request or delete an account.
Digital content
Published articles and destination pages are informational. They are not downloadable paid goods, so consumer return-of-goods rules for physical products do not apply.
